General Hospital spoilers say that Lois sure has a lot of explaining to do and let’s just say that not everyone is going to be as forgiving towards her when they find out the truth.
That’s because Lois has been hiding the fact that Gio is Brook Lynn and Dante’s one and only son. There’s no doubt that both Tracy and Ned will flip out on Lois when Gio’s parentage is revealed.
Not only that, but Sonny and Olivia will be all over Lois that Gio is their grandson. Not telling your best friend that you share a grandson is a huge betrayal. That’s why the blame is going to be pointed at Lois for not being honest earlier.
Of course, General Hospital fans certainly did have a lot to say about this storyline on social media.
Some even commented with, “The person who really deserves some ire, and will probably get it, is Lois. Because when she was adopting Gio out, what made her think it was a good idea to give him to people so close to her that he calls Sonny.”
“I think it would be more forgivable if she hadn’t been able to have a relationship with him… but she has maintained ties to her grandson yet not allowed Olivia – Ned – and Sonny in on the secret.”
Another critic wrote, “However, I thought Sonny might have known about Gio and was keeping the secret with Lois, the best thing for everyone back in the day when Gio was given up. Sonny was more than happy to make sure Gio was financially cared for while growing up”
And then there was this comment as well: “I don’t think Lois told anyone where the baby went or that it was Gio- only Lois and the adoptive mom knew. Sonny hasn’t really indicated knowing that Gio is Brook Lynn’s… he considers the Cerullos his family and so if Gio was a distant Cerullo.”
It goes without saying that General Hospital fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
