Just recently, Carly told Willow that she was in love with a man that doesn’t exist anymore. Not only that, but many people have also noticed that Drew has a “far away” look in his eyes and a smirk that some people just can’t explain.
This has prompted many people to wonder if the shift in his personality was medical or psychological. Either way, there’s also speculation suggesting that he might have a brain tumor.
As many of our readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “Drew’s personality switch started when Jason came back and he dumped Carly. It’s stemming from jealousy and anger that he couldn’t get the same acceptance and love he wanted from her or the Quartermaines like Jason can.”
“He’s been spiraling down, trying to be the same good guy but he no longer has the honest intentions behind it. I hate him right now, but his character makes sense.”
Another fan wrote, “When Drew first came to town he believed he was actually Jason. I believe he was brainwashed and hit and had his head disfigured, which would explain the change.”

Please, viewers have gone through the brain tumor story line with Franco.. As writers are penning Drew with his current behavior, allow the situation to play out the way it should without excuses. If you pen the foolishness be man or woman enough to back it up and not create excuses for your misjudgment of a story line. Just my opinion.
