General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn Enraged At Lois-Why Did She Keep The Baby Secrets?

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine Chase (Amanda Setton) will be enraged at her mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer). Why did she keep her in the dark about so many things about her baby-if she knew it was a boy, and maybe more about the adoption, why?

Brook Lynn Never Held Her Baby Or Met Him In Any Real Way

Brook Lynn never held her baby or even met him in any real way, although of course she felt him inside her pregnant belly until it was time to give birth. With it being her first baby, there was no discussion about midwives or being conscious during labor, she was under anesthesia.

It was thought it was better that way, decreasing her chances of bonding to the baby that there were already plans to give away for adoption.

But now, it’s a totally different situation for Brook Lynn-since she can’t have her own baby with her husband, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

She had held the secret of her teenage pregnancy by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for years before revealing it to Chase so he wouldn’t feel bad she couldn’t have a baby.

There Is No Doubt In Brook Lynn’s Mind That Lois Knows More About Her Son

There is no doubt in Brook Lynn’s mind that Lois knows more about her son —Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) showed her the photographed notes from Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) briefcase.

Even though the two of them got into a hellacious argument, Brook Lynn knew what she said about Lois showing up at the door looking for Martin made perfect sense.

Of course, Lulu had broken into her uncle’s Metro Court suite to rifle through his briefcase, but that is irrelevant-Brook Lynn understood her looking for info on her daughter’s location.

But Brook Lynn now is much more interested in looking for info for her now grown son’s location and to learn about him-hopefully he’s alive to find.

Brook Lynn Confronts Lois, And It Gets Ugly!

Brook Lynn confronts Lois about the notes that Lulu photographed and showed to her, also telling her Lulu blackmailed her to tell Dante about the baby, or she would! In fact, she talked Lulu into sending her the photos to her phone and she shows her mother, after explaining how Lulu even got them.

Lois makes all kinds of excuses about it being a sealed adoption and she doesn’t know what became of the baby, and Brook Lynn asks why would Martin have notes then?

It gets pretty ugly between the two of them and Lois finally admits her mother, Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) knew as well, because she helped with the adoption.

They were just trying to do what was in the best interests of Brook Lynn and the baby, and that’s why it was done that way-but Brook Lynn wants more details!
