General Hospital Spoilers: Hostile Accusations, Sudden Sickness, Cousin To Cousin  Advice

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Thursday, March 6 tease hostile accusations, sudden sickness, and cousin to cousin advice.

Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) confronts her ex with sudden accusations, James West (Gary James Fuller) has a sudden sickness, and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) gets cousin to cousin advice.

Hostile Accusations

Natalia has traveled to Wyndemere to confront her ex, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), regarding his intentions in Port Charles.

She tells him she knows he’s there for a hostile takeover, but what exactly does he wants to take over: Deception Cosmetics, Corinthos Coffee, or Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) mob territory?

Given what we know about Sidwell, it’s likely he’s targeting the mob territory, even though Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) believed him regarding the explosion at Sonny’s penthouse.

Natalia’s visit to Wyndemere makes sense if Sidwell is indeed after Sonny’s mob business. While Corinthos Coffee isn’t a cover for Sonny’s illegal activities, acquiring the pier for the Esplanade project would give him access to that warehouse and the surrounding waters, creating a trade route.

Sudden Sickness

At the hospital, James appears to be suddenly unwell, with Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) bringing him in for help. She calls Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), who is working, to let her know they need to see a doctor right away.

James looks anxious, suggesting there may be more serious issues than just a typical stomach ache from overeating sweets. Felicia, as a patient advocate, has every right to be there, and it’s obvious he’s not a pint size partner on an  investigation. What could be troubling James and making the usually feisty boy so quiet?

Friend Or No Friend?

At the hospital, near a snack machine, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) watches as Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) tells her that any friend of hers is a friend of his. However, she might wonder if Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is still a friend if she knew what was going on.

He did help rescue Trina and others from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), but Trina may not be aware of the shady issues involving her father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), since she no longer lives at home.

Additionally, Drew is set to meet Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at the hospital, where she works as the head nurse and is Willow’s boss. What could they be discussing?

Options Limited

At the hospital, which is busy in this episode, Ric Lansing  (Rick Hearst) is speaking with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) after her plea for help to Ava Jerome (Maura West).

It seems Ric is offering some free legal advice, telling Portia that this is unfortunately her only option. Portia is in a tough spot, but it turns out it wasn’t Brad Cooper (Parry Shen)  who informed on her as she thought.

Instead, it was his aunt, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) , who somehow got the files on Heather Webber that Brad has been using against Portia. Drew was searching for information on Curtis, and Selina provided him with something even better—information about his wife!

Cousin To Cousin Advice

Lulu is thinking about her next steps and seeks advice from her cousin, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) . She is clearly discussing the discovery she made in her uncle Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight)  briefcase.

Carly warns her that if she reveals this to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), the consequences regarding Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) could be severe-is she prepared for that?

The notes indicate that the baby was a boy, Dante is the father, and he was never informed. Additionally, Lulu had a conversation with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)  about that summer and Brook Lynn’s teenage pregnancy—the only thing left to uncover is the identity of the baby!

Showdown At The Quartermaine Mansion

Sonny has arrived at the Quartermaine mansion and is now in a heated argument with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) .

Tracy is being very confrontational as she firmly tells him, “absolutely not, I won’t allow that”! This seems to be a family issue since both Sonny and Tracy share a family connection through Sonny’s adopted son, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

Additionally, Sonny’s son Dante and grandson Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) reside at the mansion. The tension in this argument could be taking a toll on Sonny’s heart—will we see history repeat itself with Sonny collapsing from a heart attack in front of Tracy?
