Something just isn’t adding up. General Hospital spoilers say that fans have spotted this major plot hole with Jason and his identical brother, Drew. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
A lot of eagle-eyed fans have taken to social media to discuss Jason’s DNA and Drew’s possible culpability.
While Jason’s DNA was found at Cyrus’s cabin, a lot of people are pointing out that Drew’s DNA should be on file as he is a convicted felon so when they searched the database. And that’s where some loopholes seem to be coming out.
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some have even commented with, “FRATERNAL twins do not have identical DNA! So this is a moot point. There would be security cameras outside of where Drew is staying.”
“They would show Jason is not lying. Get a warrant for Jason’s phone. It will show it pings near Drew’s place. And then Drew will be a proven liar.”
Another critic wrote, “They’ve said on the show that the two are identical twins, although even Drew’s plastic surgery doesn’t explain why he’s several inches taller than Jason. Just another plot hole when they chose to recast CM as Drew.”
And then there was this comment as well: “They are supposed to be identical twins because Drew was taken and had that mind warping thing done so that he could be used as Jason for reasons I can’t remember.”
“But then he escaped and got into an accident that needed surgery on his face. The storyline was super convoluted but they wanted to keep Jason on canvas after they fired Steve so this is how they explained Billy Miller taking over the role.”
It goes without saying that GH fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
