Maybe it’s time to just step away from this pairing? That’s what a lot of General Hospital fans can’t help but think to themselves these days as more and more people are agreeing that Drew lacks chemistry with the one person who’s supposed to love in Port Charles. We are just going to be direct and say it: Drew seems to be lacking chemistry with Willow. In fact, a lot of GH viewers say that each time they are on the canvas together, nothing seems to make sense from their relationship.
Some critics have even commented on the matter with, “I don’t like them together but I don’t fast forward their scenes. At least they’re not boring. I agree they need to move this storyline along though. Willow needs to learn the truth about Drew, have a mental breakdown and start groveling for forgiveness.”
Another viewer wrote, “The other day when they were at the GCPD and Willow turned to Drew and said, ‘Let’s leave.’ I began shouting, ‘Yes!! And don’t ever come back to town!!’ Lol.”
“Drew reminds me of Other Shiloh Archer and Willow is So Under his Thumb she can’t or won’t get out.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Everybody seems to agree but the writers. I felt the same way about Drew and Carly scenes, but am loving their scenes now.”
Now, whether or not Willow and Drew last as a couple remains to be seen, but there’s also strong General Hospital speculation that she might reignite something when Michael Coritnhos eventually comes back home to Port Charles.
It goes without saying that GH fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

In my opinion, Drew doesn't share chemistry with any female character on canvas at this time. Why I can't seem to put my finger on it, but when he and Nina were having their moments, both seemed to share a little fire that I haven't seen either have with other characters. Just my opinion.
