General Hospital Spoilers: Brennan Has Josslyn Exactly Where He Wants Her

Despite Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) being a bit of a wildcard, it’s a safe bet that she never in a million years thought she would find herself in the position that she is currently in.

She went to Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Korber) cabin looking for something linking him to Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) death. She found proof and a whole lot more when Cyrus caught her red-handed. He came at Joss with a hatchet, so she fired two shots into his chest, and just like that, Cyrus was dead.

The WSB’s Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) had heard the whole situation from outside the cabin, which meant he wouldn’t be considered a viable witness on the stand. He offered to clean up the mess for Joss, and she agreed, but that comes at a price, of course.

Brennan Thinks Joss Would Make A Great WSB Agent

Jack initially brought Joss back to the WSB’s headquarters to get a shower and get rid of anything in her possession that could link her to Cyrus’s murder.

Once she was cleaned up, Jack pointed out all the things that would make Joss a great WSB agent. Her instincts are on point, and she does what is required under pressure, without flinching. He offered her a job on the spot, and Joss blew it off because she was still in shock from the evening’s events.

The WSB Framed Jason For Cyrus’s Murder

When Joss finds out that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has been detained for killing Cyrus, Joss runs to Jack, thinking he would help the situation. Instead, he told her that they had planted Jason’s DNA in the cabin to link him because the police would need a suspect other than Joss.

He promises her that the PCPD will never find a body, which means that they won’t ultimately have a case against Jason.

Joss cautiously believes him, and he again pushes her to join them. This time, Jack asks if she is ready to protect and serve her community, and she wavers a bit. Joss knows that the WSB has the body of Cyrus somewhere, and if it is found, she will be connected to his death.

Josslyn’s Choice

Does Joss really have a choice at this point? She can either willingly join the WSB, or else they can use her freedom after killing Cyrus as leverage to make her join. It’s beginning to look like the idea of Josslyn having a choice of her own to make is just an illusion. What do you think that she will do next?
