Could Dani possibly be bipolar? That’s what fans want to know. It seems like the character is hot one minute and cold the next. 

And while the show has only been on for just a few short episodes, she’s definitely giving off the kind of vibes that suggest she needs mental health help and it shows.

Of course, Beyond The Gates fans certainly have had a lot to say about the matter. Some have even taken to social media to write, “I feel Dani is a bit too over the top for my tastes. She’s upset, I get it, but it just comes off as too much. She just launches into a scene. I don’t find her that sympathetic, just angry so I hope she’s better developed to make me want to root for her.”

Another critic wrote, “Dani, from my point of view, is definitely battling some kind of bipolar or emotional turmoil. And neither is negative. But she’s going from a high of anger/rage to the low of breaking down. Loving the mama bear vibe that Anita gives off, though!”

And then there was this comment as well: “I’m not liking sending Dani off the deep end so soon. Why not give it two weeks?”
