While a lot of people were absolutely thrilled to hear the news that Steve Burton would be reprising his role back in 2024, there’s also heavy speculation suggesting his time in Port Charles might be up.

Jason’s Lost His Sense Of Direction
A lot of General Hosptial fans would agree that Jason has lost his sense of direction. He wants to take care of Sasha’s child but for some reason or another, he’s neglecting the needs of his own children.
His Secrets Don’t Make Sense
Along with Sasha, Jason is keeping the secret that his nephew Michael Corinthos is the father of Sasha’s baby. He’s also claiming to be the father of Sahsa’s unborn child, which doesn’t make sense. Why not just come out with the truth?
Anger Issues
Back in November 2024, Jason beat up Drew for betraying their nephew Michael when he had an affair with his wife. Not only that, but he also pistol whipped Sidwell in defense of Lucky. Tone it down, Jason.
He’s Lost His Touch
It seems like Jason Morgsan has lost his touch. He’s no longer the Stone Cold Jason Morgan that everyone knew from back in the day.
He’s Lost His Emotions
A lot of General Hospital fans would agree that Jason used to be the man that could barely contain his emotions for anyone and that he would never put his boys last for anyone. Times have certainly changed for him, right? If it’s not the old Jason Morgan, we don’t want him anymore.

How can you say he's ignoring his own child! He's doing all the things he's does for the sake of Danny!!!! I think bad boy Jason is eventually going to come out of hiding, give it time and the right reasons!
That's the biggest bunch of bull sh it I've ever heard. In one breath you're saying he's gone too soft, and in the next you say he's too hard - for beating up 2 people who deserved it and much more. There's so many other contradictions in this article, I wonder if you even watch the show, or have watched long enough to really understand who Jason is. Emotions? Jason has never been one to show his emotions, but lately it's been nice to see him lighten up a little. He's still Stone Cold when he needs to be, but is finding a balance between that and being a father. BTW, He's keeping Sasha's secret for MICHAEL, who has always been like a son to him. You've been writing some really ignorant stuff lately.
