Let’s just say that when it comes to Sam McCall, there’s no doubt that she is sorely missed in the fictional town of Port Charles on General Hospital.
Sadly, the character died in the hands of Cyrus, who has also since perished, but that hasn’t stopped General Hospital fans from campaining to bring her back, seeing how they love and miss seeing actress Kelly Monaco so much on the canvas.

Sam Might Not Be Dead
If there’s anything that we’ve learned about the daytime television world, it’s that you are never really dead, even if that last nail is hammered into your coffin.
Sam Probably Has A Twin Sister
This is a classic soap opera twist but one that would certainly bring back Kelly Monaco in front of the cameras and of course, bring so much delight and relief to the millions of fans that she left behind.
Sam McCall Is A Legacy Character
You can’t just get rid of a legacy character like Sam McCall and think that no one will care or notice. Sam deserves to be back in Port Charles just as much as Sonny Corinthos or even Sam’s mother, Alexis Davis.
Kelly Monaco Deserves Answers
To this very day, no one really knows why Kelly was let go from the hit ABC soap. She deserves answers as much as the fans do. At press time, all we can assume is that the producers got rid of her for personal reasons.
Port Charles Isn’t The Same Without Sam
Let’s face it – Port Charles just isn’t the same without Sam. Her name keeps on being brought up for a reason, and that’s because everyone from Alexis to Dante and even Jason Morgan miss her.
It goes without saying that when it comes to all of the action on General Hospital, fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next!

GH writers have penned ridiculous story lines previously and will continue to do so when it comes to bringing characters back from the dead. Sure, viewers have seen characters be shot, characters who have been masked at death, etc. so it wouldn't surprise me at any time the true Sam reappeared on canvas. The whole KM removal from canvas has always presented questions to me. Plus the way the situation has been handled by all concerned is also a question in my mind. I am probably reaching for straws, but I have from day one felt KM's removal from canvas was not due to anything that has been revealed, and KM will once again grace the canvas of GH story telling.
What is the literal obsession with Kelly Monaco? She was a mediocre actress at best. It was an effort for her to speak. That said, like it or not, she was fired. Whatever happened is between her and Frank. My God, let it go already! Every single day, somebody has full articles on here, about her. Things change guys. Ppl come and go. That's the nature of the business.
