That’s what a lot of fans and critics are saying as Whoopi Goldberg’s apparently ‘stupid’ comments are going viral this week.

According to a new report, Whoopi says DOGE should cut funding to SpaceX because the U.S. government already has NASA.

Apparently, the former actress thought she had quite the moment when she made the very controversial comment.

She put it this way, “I don’t remember asking for [SpaceX]. When did I say, ‘Hey, we need another agency next to NASA.'”

“When did we start paying for his stuff? SpaceX. He you know that he he’s he’s gonna be cutting Yeah. Uh, NASA. Yeah. Yeah. That’s the competition. If we wanna cut some money, let’s cut some of these.”

Of course, the internet had a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “My goodness she is so stupid. The View is an example of a group of people who think they have 150 IQs each when, in reality, their IQs just add up to 150.”

“Does she know spaceX is incredibly efficient and has saved taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars?”

Another critic wrote, “Yep- all emotional thinkers believe they’re brilliant, but they don’t have the grasp of logic that would let them play in true intellectuals’ reindeer games. Hence the contrived term, emotional intelligence.”

“The only people that watch the View are Conservatives making fun of them.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Whoopi doesn’t understand that NASA doesn’t actually build stuff. NASA contracts out to have other companies actually do the work. I’ve heard her say a lot of stupid things, but this may take the crown.”

“Apparently, she’s the expert on cost-cutting, not the world’s richest man.”
