General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, February 18 tease steamy invitations, discouraged mothers, and wanting chances. 

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) issues a steamy invitation, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) is a discouraged mother, and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) just wants a chance!

Steamy Invitations

Chase is in the shower at home, playfully calling out to Brook Lynn Chase (Amanda Setton) with a steamy invitation: “There’s room for two in here!”

The question lingers—does she hear him over the rushing water, and is she even around? Despite his struggles with fatherhood, his passion and determination remain intact, which is something to hold onto.

It’s clear that Chase is starting to lift his spirits after the heavy weight of their fertility tests and the heartbreaking news he had to share with his wife. The situation has certainly cast a shadow over him, yet they haven’t yet explored options like sperm donors, surrogates, or adoption.

Sneaky Surprises

Amidst the unfolding drama, intriguing events are brewing at the Savoy-Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) sneaks up on Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) with a probing question.

She inquires, “Does your wife get a clue?”-Curtis is gearing up for a grand Valentine’s Day celebration at the club, taking on the role of host. However, it seems he might be concealing a surprise, or perhaps Portia is simply overwhelmed by her curiosity.

The moment of revelation is fast approaching, and soon she will uncover the truth. This event promises to be the most spectacular gathering since Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) embarked on his tour with Wynton Marsalis.

Valentine’s Day Confessions

At the club, the atmosphere is electric for the grand Valentine’s Day celebration, where Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) are embarking on their first genuine date.

Dressed to impress as per Kai’s request, Trina prepares to share a heartfelt confession. Perhaps she’s ready to admit that her initial impressions of him were off, and now, having gotten to know him better, she finds herself drawn to his true character.

They plan to spend the entire day of love together, marking Trina’s first outing since the loss of Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) over a year ago.

It seems she is finally beginning to heal from her sorrow, though the memory of her first love will always hold a special place in her heart.

Surprising Questions

At the Savoy, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) share a moment that leaves Brad in shock at Lucas’ unexpected question.

The two former spouses are starting to find common ground, and Brad is taken aback when Lucas suggests he might enjoy some company.

How could Brad possibly decline such a surprising invitation on Valentine’s Day, even if he knows it doesn’t signal a full reconciliation?

Regardless of the nature of their relationship, this gesture marks a significant step forward, hinting at the healing of their past and proving that Lucas doesn’t harbor any animosity. Brad seizes the opportunity to accept, even if it’s merely as friends!

Discouraged Mothers

Elsewhere, in  the Quartermaine mansion, Lulu engages in a heartfelt conversation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). She appears visibly disheartened as she confides in a perplexed Dante, expressing her feelings of inadequacy as a mother.

Dante, ever the supportive partner, is sure to remind her that she is doing her best, and not so little Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) would undoubtedly echo that sentiment.

Lulu’s heartache deepens as she reflects on Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) choice to stay with her father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), while on the run.

Despite her efforts, Lulu couldn’t persuade Charlotte to return to Port Charles; but at least she’s no longer blaming Dante, who showed up that café in Prague where an ambush took place.

Carly Likes Knowing Secrets About Brennan

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna) find themselves in the cozy confines of Carly’s kitchen. She playfully reveals that she enjoys having a unique insight into his life—something no one else possesses; what could this intriguing tidbit be?

Has their connection deepened beyond the confines of their hotel-spa rendezvous in Baden-Baden-Jack flashes a knowing smile, appreciating her fascination with the secrets he’s chosen to share.

Yet, a question lingers in the air: can Carly truly trust him; is the Jack she’s getting to know the complete man, or merely a fragment of his true self?

After all, in the world of espionage, maintaining a veil of secrecy is part of the game, and that often means concealing hidden facets of one’s life!

Wanting Chances

At the PCPD, Anna finds herself in a tense conversation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who remains confined in the interrogation room.

She earnestly urges him to take a leap of faith, suggesting that he should place his trust in her expertise. Anna is determined to assure him that she can safeguard Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn)  and bring Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) to justice through the proper channels.

Jason absorbs her words, weighing her plea carefully; however, the question lingers: will she keep him in this predicament? He, too, yearns for her trust, hoping she will take a chance on him as well.
