There’s heavy speculation that we might be seeing a new Douglas Forrester on the canvas sooner rather than later. That’s because the young actor that plays the role, Henry Samiri, has a new recurring role on an HBO Max series.

Seeing how Douglas Forrester is currently in Paris with his father Thomas Forrester and Paris Buckingham, this makes sense for Henry to work on the other projects that he’s had in the pipeline for quite some time now.

But The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that it will only be a matter of time before Douglas comes back to this fictional town of Los Angeles with Thomas and Paris. They can’t stay in France for too long, especially with all of the drama that is going on back at Forrester Creations in LA.

So, this could only mean that Douglas Forrester will most likely be recast. Not only that, but there’s also a very good chance that he might come back home much older than when he left. In other words, we might be seeing Douglas in his teen years. Here’s hoping that he won’t be as dramatic as his father, right?
