Don’t call it a comeback. A lot of people have noticed that General Hospital star Kirsten Storms has been looking quite differently lately and it seems like there is a good reason behind her transformation. Actually, call that her glow up. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Kirsten, who is best known for her role as Maxie Jones on the hit ABC soap, has been taking up boxing to help her get in shape and from what we can tell, it has certainly been working.
Back in November, Kirsten shared a video of her workout and captioned it with, “Parts of this workout are not my favorite, but I can appreciate that the more I do these exercises the better I get at them.”
“I’ve learned to enjoy starting my day with something that physically challenges me and is also an emotional cleanse of sorts. It feels good to prioritize myself…and have biceps. (They’re small, but they are there.) Oh, and I edited out the parts where I’m talking shit.”
Some of her fans even commented on her video with, “You are AMAZING and your hard work has more than paid off Kirsten, you look ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Great job kiddo, Keep Smilin.”
Another fan wrote, “I’ve been kickboxing for 18 years. It’s the best workout and always changes and challenges the body and mind! Get it girl. You look amazing. You’re always beautiful love watching you on GH.”
And then there was this comment as well: “I wondered what exercises you were doing and this is a fantastic way to get your body back!!! Your physical and mental health also improve! You’re young and seeing you take control of your life again is awesome! I know you struggled with medical stuff but, GIRL! You got this and never ever let it go!!!!”
