General Hospital Spoilers: How Will The Truth About Brook Lynn And Gio’s Connection Come Out?

General Hospital small town of Port Charles is a hotbed of secrets lately, and sitting at the center of one of the biggest ones is Brook Lynn Quartermaine. When she was a teenager, BLQ got pregnant with Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) baby and never told him.

Instead, her mom, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), helped her to hide the truth until she delivered the baby and gave it up for adoption. Now, twenty years later BLQ is haunted by her decision.

Not Getting Pregnant Now Has Brook Lynn Thinking About Her Past

Brook Lynn and her new husband, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have struggled to conceive over the last few months, and it was just revealed that he can’t father a child.

This has left her thinking even more about the baby that she gave up. She believes that she made the right choice, but she still can’t help but have some questions. She believes that it was a sealed adoption, and all that she knows is her child’s birthdate.

Chase has said that he feels guilty if he takes Brook Lynn’s ability to experience pregnancy away from her, so she is now contemplating telling him the truth about having already carried a child. For some reason, she believes this might help him to feel better.

Little Does BLQ Know, She’s Already Living With Her Son

While Brook Lynn grapples with what to do, her mom has dropped some bombshells. According to Lois, that sealed adoption was a private family situation and her baby has always been within arms reach.

Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) was raised by one of Lois’ good friends until her death, and then the rest of the family stood up and made sure that he was loved and cared for. He arrived in Port Charles last summer and has lived on the Quartermaines estate ever since.

Twenty-year-old Gio is actually Brook Lynn and Dante’s son, and Lois is determined for the truth to stay buried. She met with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) for legal advice and was told that if either BLQ or Gio seeks information, both have access to it. This is the last thing that Lois wanted to hear.

The Truth Always Comes Out
