It’s out with the old and in with the new! It seems as though TikTok influencers are the new celebrities as they are being hired for the upcoming Superbowl’s commercials. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest reports, TikTok influencer Alix Earle is featured in Carl’s Jr.’s 2025 Super Bowl commercial.
This is all part of Carl’s Jr.’s initiative to bring back their iconic bikini Super Bowl commercials after an 8-year slump where they promised to end “s*xualized” ads.
Apparently, the move is the latest trend where companies are abandoning their “woke” positions and policies following Trump’s election win.
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “How disappointing that traditional modesty is considered woke. I reject work ideology as much as the next person but this isn’t the way to recover a nation.”
Another critic wrote, “Happy woke is on the way to being smoldered out but at the same time i don’t think it’s quite to Win to continue to deprave and sexualize the culture. In here is where the problem lies.”
And then there was this comment as well: “This isn’t necessarily the way back. We don’t have to go from deviancy back to normal every day decadence. We could do better. I am glad not to see a dude in a dress, though.”
Now, whether or not we are going to be seeing more TikTok personalities take over the small screen remains to be seen but it looks like it’s going in that direction right now. That said, we have a feeling that we will be seeing much more of Alix Earle as she becomes more mainstream in the weeks and even months ahead.
