It seems like Meghan Markle had hoped to find an ally in Kate Middleton when she first joined the royal family. She was hoping that Kate would not only become her sister-in-law, but her sister, too. But that never happened. 

But from the very beginning, Meghan felt a lot of pushback not only from Prince William, but also from Princess Kate. It’s like the royal couple didn’t want to get to know Meghan, let alone accept her into the family.

The Princess of Wales Wants Nothing to Do With Prince Harry’s Wife

Things got significantly worse a few days before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding back in 2018. 

While there’s no doubt that tensions were at an all time high, the two women got into a fight over a bridesmaid’s dress. 

To make matters worse, Prince Harry talked about the fight in his book, Spare. That is one of the many reasons why Kate Middleton refuses to speak to the Sussexes. As the future queen of England, she can’t believe that Harry would humiliate her in such a way.

And now that Kate Middleton is dealing with her health woes, the last thing she wants is a phone call or text from Meghan Markle. 

The Duchess of Sussex might as well be dead to her. It’s been reported that Kate received well wishes from Harry and Meghan, but there’s a very good chance that she’s ignoring them. The only thing that Meghan has ever contributed to Kate in her life is stress.
