However, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging that he and his public relations team had started a smear campaign to ruin her reputation in retaliation for speaking up about sexual misconduct on the set of the film.

But it only took a few days later for Baldoni to strike back with his own $400 million lawsuit against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloan for civil extortion, defamation, and invasion of privacy.

But now it’s being said that Justin Baldoni is in danger of getting his case dismissed.

Blake lively had “no motive” to make the allegations public, it’s Baldoni who appears guilty for “retaliating” on a case of “public concern”, says former attorney to Amber Heard, Elaine Charlson Bredehoft.

Many critics commented ont he matter with, “Whether she is lying or not, SHE MADE THIS PUBLIC. JB is either defending himself from false accusations or maliciously defaming her – the evidence will show which.”

Another critic said, “She had plenty of motive, destroying an innocent man for good publicity because she didn’t like the organic bad press. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it, Elaine. Also, she stole the movie away from him and made him attend the premier of his movie in the basement.”

It’s also been noted that since the disastrous ‘It Ends With Us’ press tour, Blake Lively hasn’t booked a single new project. Directors are cautious, producers aren’t calling, and WME is reportedly scrambling to land her roles.
