But at the same time, that’s the only thing that Sonny Corinthos has ever known in his life. He is the biggest mobster that this fictional town of Port Charles has ever seen. As horrible as some of the details of the things that he’s done in the past, it’s also a part of his lifestyle.

For Sonny, this decision is going to be a tough one for him to make. However, he can’t afford another heart attack. Because if it happens, this one might actually end him forever and before you know it, everyone is going to be crying at his funeral.
