There’s heavy speculation suggesting that the producers of the hit ABC are currently looking to recast the role, seeing how actor Chad Duell won’t be coming back. He quit the soap late last year in a shocking move.

Now, as far as who is going to take over remains to be seen, but a lot of General Hospital fans have certainly been sharing their input on social media. 

It goes without saying that fans will simply have to tune in to find out what will happen next. Some even commented with, “I have a feeling we will get a new Michael this year who is darker and will want to be more Corinthos than quartermaine. But who knows.”

“I don’t understand all the online speculation about Jason pretending to be the father of the baby especially since Sasha has made it clear to Michael and Jason she does not want this baby to be a Quartermaine or Corinthos.”
