It’s not like she was even planning on going to begin with, right? There’s a new report that says Meghan Markle has been banned from a London nightclub.
And it’s not just any nightclub, it’s one that Prince William, Kate Middleton and even Prince Harry frequented back in the day.
There’s a new report that says Boujis is reopening but if there is one person that won’t make it past the velvet rope, it’s the Duchess of Susex herself.
But it’s not because Prince William and Kate Middleton are expected to be there anytime soon. It’s mostly because Meghan Markle is just that much unliked in the UK.
According to the Daily Mail, Boujis’ co-owner, and old friend of Harry’s, Carlo Carello, said, “Everyone is welcome except Meghan. I don’t like her.”
“It’s been a home away from home for the royals. It’s been a safe space for them.”
It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “And nothing says classy like being in your 40s and wanting to party in the same way and at the same place as when you were in your 20s.”
“This bar is for 20-somethings who can party all night and still get up for work the next day. The owner is trying to connect it to royals who are now in their late 30s and 40s. I don’t see that as much of a draw.”
Another critic wrote, “They’re all in their 40s, they’re all married and have young children. Why in the world would they want to go to a sleazy bar, known for a brawl that was so bad it literally closed the place down, and get drunk?”
“You mean Meghan is supposed to be offended that a trashy bar doesn’t want her there? I’m sure she’s crying in her millions.”
