General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) is feeling the rage and she wants you to do the same, too.
That’s because she’s raging over everything that is unfair about the current Trump administration. The actress, along with her daughter Kate Grahn, are promoting a new song to help put their feelings into words and so far it seems to be working.
Nancy, who is no longer on X, took to her Facebook account to write, “We take care of ourselves, but still care about each other and our country. We don’t give up or give in. We choose resilience rather than resistance.”
“We use social media to spread and share fact checked information and counter disinformation rather than aimlessly scroll. We find safe outlets to channel our frustration and rage by journaling, reading inspirational books, conversation with friends, meditation, breathwork, exercise, dancing, music, etc.”
She continued, “My daughter Kate Grahn found a healthy way to channel her rage at the injustices she’s seeing through her songwriting. Her new release ‘Rage Room’ releases her feelings right now, which I believe are concurrent with most of ours as well.”
“While I always appreciate you supporting Kate and her music. (Jay- Z owned TIDAL just selected Kate for the cover of their Rising Rock Star picks) this song is for all of us. Kate said so.”
Many of her fans commented on her post with, “Their goal is to create chaos and overwhelm us to the point where we become numb to it all. We cannot let that happen! We must stay engaged, informed, and resist.”
Another fan wrote, “Together we are United Kate you are Amazing I am so thankful for being on the Good side along with the entire group of Nancy Lee Grahn Well done.”
