Per the latest reports, Megyn Kelly breaks down the rumors that Barack & Michelle Obama are separating, says it would be a “political earthquake” if true.

“I do not know whether this is true, but if it is, it truly would be a political earthquake in democrat circles, never mind America.”

She also added, “I don’t remember a presidential divorce in modern history.”

This all comes after the former president was spotted with a mystery woman at a Washington, D.C. hotspot right before Donald Trump’s inauguration day.

And while the unidentified woman could have easily been one of Obama’s associates, this hasn’t stopped people speculating about the state of his marriage to his wife, Michelle Obama.

Celeb News: Michelle Obama Is Nowhere To Be Seen

As many of our readers are aware of by now, there have been reports suggesting Barack and Michelle are on the brink of a divorce. This all came after Michelle failed to show up to Jimmy Carter’s memorial service earlier in the month.

If that weren’t enough, she also announced that she wouldn’t be attending President Trump’s inauguration. This has prompted a lot of people to wonder if she has some sort of deep hatred for Donald Trump or whether or not she and Barack are truly having problems in their marriage.

Now, if this were all true there’s no doubt that the news would definitely flip both the celebrity world and the political one at the same time. That, and someone will have a lot of explaining to do. 

So far Barack Obama himself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
