According to the latest reports, Kim Kardashian loses 150,000 followers after sharing a photo of Melania Trump at the Inauguration. 

The reality star shared an image of Melania’s outfit, without a caption, to her Instagram story which provoked backlash from thousands of her followers. 

That was enough for a lot of her fans to show her exactly what she thought about the post by unadding her almost instantly. 

But then again, this isn’t the first time that Kim Kardashian has gotten some heat for either liking a Trump’s photo or getting close to one of the Trump family members.

Some people believe the only reason why Kim Kardashian was as quiet as she was during the presidential election was because of her close ties with Ivanka Trump.

In fact, Ivanka was even partying with Kim only a few days before the presidential election, prompting a lot of people to believe that they are quite close behind closed doors. 

They could even be so close that Kim decided to keep quiet about her political preferences just so she wouln’t rock the boat in their friendship.

Kim could have easily voted for Donald Trump, but she knows  that announcing it in public would have a ripple effect not only for her career, but in the entire celebrity world as well, and that’s the last thing she wants to do right now.

So far Kim Kardashian herself has not made any comment about the matter on her end.

With that said though, it will be interesting to see if Melania Trump does follow Kim Kardashain back when she regains control of the First Lady’s Instagram account, right? Watch this space.
