Actress Laura Wright, who plays Carly on the hit ABC soap, made it pretty clear on social media that she’s not going anywhere anytime soon, while also telling her fans, “Follow me to Germany!”

This means that Carly will most likely have scenes while she’s in Germany, prompting speculation that her son Michael Corinthos might also get recast seeing how actor Chad Duell has left the role. Exciting times ahead, indeed!

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “I would cry if you left. You’re my favorite!! So many misleading posts out there.
