There’s a new report that suggests Prince William, or at least his staff members, might have been partly to blame for all the rumors suggesting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were getting a divorce.

As the Duke of Sussex has stated plenty of times in the past, the palace sometimes works closely with the British tabloid press to make sure that they get favorable coverage. 

But in this case, it seems like there might have been someone behind the scenes who might have tried to make it look like all wasn’t well between Harry and Meghan. 

Did Prince William make up all of the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rumors from last summer? That’s what both royal fans and critics alike want to know. 

There were numerous reports last summer indicating that things were so bad between Harry and Meghan that the prince was spending the night at a nearby hotel to get away from it all. 

There were also rumors suggesting things were really bad financially after the Duke and Duchess lost their multi-million dollar contract with Spotify.

What’s Next For The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex?

Well, it looks like none of that seems to be true as Omid Scobie, who has written the book, Endgame, says that all is well for Harry and Meghan and the life they are currently living in Montecito. 

He said, “From everything I understand they’re absolutely fine. This is a pair that literally bonded over their trauma and experiences. Sort of them being against the world, as it felt to them at times. I don’t think that bond is particularly breakable.”

Scobie also said that Sussexes did not collaborate in his new book with him. He explained, “People will ask, ‘Were Harry and Meghan involved in this book?’ It couldn’t be further from the truth actually.”

Prince William has not confirmed or denied the rumors and Buckingham Palace has so far not made any comments about the matter.
