It looks like there are a lot of people who are either surprised or not surprised at all over the fact that country singer Carrie Underwood has agreed to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration. 

While there are some people out there who think this is going to hurt Carrie’s career, others say that it’s about time celebrities stop trying to pretend like they are not Trump supporters when they really are behind closed doors.

Either way, it’s a move that has certainly sent shockwaves throughout the entertainment industry. That’s because there are very few artists that are willing to do with Carrie Underwood is about to do the country and maybe for herself, too.

It goes without saying that a lot of critics sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “I would love to be surprised by this but idk she’s always gave Trumpie to me. I lowkey stopped listening to her music because I just felt it.”

“That’s gonna hurt lol bye bye career. Maybe her and washed up kid rock can duet.”

Another critic wrote, “Wow I’m not surprised but disappointed. To be fair I haven’t heard a single thing she’s done in 15 years though. That’s fine. I’m not watching the inauguration anyway.”
