She said, “This year has made me feel like a bear in hibernation, a butterfly in a cocoon, a lotus blooming through murky water, a phoenix rising from the ashes and Daniel in the Lions den all wrapped into one.”

“I spent more time in solitude than ever before which cultivated a deep intention when I did engage with community. I walked into more unknown rooms with new people -alone- than ever before, which strengthened my compass because I had no one to rely on but God and myself.”

“It created a strong presence in each moment, an unwavering gratitude and respect for each person and their time in my life, and a profound joy and peace within that I’d been searching to find for years.”

The stunning actress continued, “It started when I became brutally honest with myself about the things/people/beliefs that were no longer serving my journey, that I would no longer tolerate, and the energy I was spending on things and people that weren’t matching my effort, support, or values and distracting me from my true goals.”

“Admitting that things needed to change allowed me to seek experiences and people that embodied what I was searching for and apply it where I could. What arose was an interesting dynamic between vulnerability and divine power.”
