General Hospital Spoilers report Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) is struggling to wrap her head around all of the pain and heartbreak she’s had to process over missing out on the last four years of her life — and of everyone else’s around her.
Realizing right off the bat that her baby boy Rocco Falconeri (Finn Francis Carr) was no longer a baby of any sort was hard enough to handle. Learning that her father — Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) — is dead, as is Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), threw her for a loop.
Finding out Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) whereabouts were unknown left her furious and fearful, but seeing Charlotte and losing her all over again has pushed Lulu to the edge of reason. How much more can she handle before she breaks?
Lulu’s awakening has sent shockwaves through Port Charles but the real drama might just be starting. After surviving a harrowing coma that left her out of the loop for years, Lulu has yet to really face the reality of having missed all of that time — choosing instead to run away from that problem in search of others to focus on.
Will the emotional shock of all she’s missed push her into an even deeper abyss, or will the love and support of her family pull her through? If the truth comes out about Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) past with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), it could break this stereotypically-strong Spencer.
The weight of these losses, combined with the news that Dante — her one time-love, moved on with someone else — Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), who tragically died donating her liver to save Lulu, could be more than one person can handle.
Lulu didn’t know Sam very well, but she’ll be walking on eggshells in the shadow of Sam’s memory for some time when it comes to her own relationship with her ex-husband. Making sense out of the loss he has endured so that Lulu could have her life back is going to saddle Lulu with guilt that she’s likely to shoulder for years to come.
Lulu has a history of mental health struggles. So she might find herself grappling with depression as she continues to process these overwhelming losses. The psychological impact alone could potentially set her recovery back — both physically and emotionally.
There’s also the looming threat of Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), whose obsession with Lulu could turn from protective to dangerous, adding another layer of stress to her already fragile state.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) are bound to be pivotal in providing the support she desperately needs. Laura has navigated her own share of trauma.
She might be the beacon of light Lulu needs to navigate this dark time. As a result, the bond between mother and daughter could be the key to helping Lulu reconcile with her new reality.

Don't like the return of Lulu at all. At first it sounded good but the story is a littl far fetched with her running around like she cut her finger instead of being in a coma for years and having liver surgery. Totally disappointing story. Also. CYRUS needs to ho.
