That’s because there’s one Days of Our Lives alum that announced she had lost everything in the Los Angeles wildfires that have been wreaking havoc in Southern California this week. Jessica Serfaty, who was best known for her role as Sloan Peterson on the hit Peacock soap, took to her social media channels to announce that she has lost everything in the fires.

She shared a picture of herself on her Instagram page and wrote, “Everything is gone. My home burned to the ground. I wasn’t in California to collect a single valuable or keepsake. All I’ve ever owned is ash.”

She then continued, “I haven’t stopped screaming and crying for the last two days. Punch pillows where my face will be buried, bleeding with hot tears. My bones ache.”

“To love through such a tragedy is nothing, something one never prepares for. Utter disbelief. Denial. Impossible. I will blink and wake up.”

“This last year was undeniably the most difficult, traumatic year of my life.”

Jessica Serfaty Admits This Has Been The Most Difficult Year Of Her Life

Earlier this year the actress accused her fiance, Leonardo Del Vecchio of abuse. However, she quickly retracted her statement after she posted her Instagram story and defended him a few short hours later. Let’s break it down for you.

In her Instagram video, Jessica pointed her finger at her fiance and told the camera, “This is the man who abused me,” while Leonardo simply stared back silently.

She then said, “And let it be known … who has caused my head to have … bleeding.”

Jessica clearly broke up with Leonardo after all of the drama went down and she hasn’t looked back. But that doesn’t mean she hasn’t had any trouble on her end.
