Of course, we are talking about Steve Burton’s new fiance Michelle Lundstrom as it seems like she is not part of the General Hospital crew. But it might not be exactly what you are thinking.

That’s because Michelle seems to have fit in very well with some of Steve’s co-stars like Kirsten Storms and Laura Wright off-screen. In fact, it seems like she’s been spending a lot of time with them whenever the cast is not filming for the hit ABC daytime television show.

Michelle seems to be so close with some of the General Hospital stars that she often writes supportive comments on their social media pages. Isn’t that sweet?

Over the weekend, Steve took to his Instagram account to announce that he is now engaged to his girlfriend Michelle Lundstrom after one year of dating. The news has certainly gotten the daytime television community very excited.

What’s Next For Steve Burton And Michelle Lundstrom?

Sharing several photos of their relationship together, Steve wrote, “Engaged 1/3/25. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

However, some media outlets out there couldn’t help but remind Steve of his very painful past.

For example, Page Six wrote a headline stating, “‘General Hospital’ star Steve Burton engaged to Michelle Lundstrom after divorcing wife who got pregnant by another man.”

Of course, they were referring to Steve’s ex-wife Sheree Burton, who announced her pregnancy via social media back in 2022. 

So far Steve Burton himself has not made any additional comments about the matter on his end.
