Sharing a photo of herself looking out by the lake, Mia captioned her pic with, “When I have a bad day, I always remember that my worst day #sober is still better than my best day drunk.”

It goes without saying that many of her Twitter fans and followers certainly sure did have a lot to say about her message. Some replied with, “Turn on your positivity that you share with so many others. 

Wish there was that magic pill for happy days. Take care,” along with, “You are looking strong, beautiful, determined and focused! You are indeed the epitome of a wonderful role model. Please keep up your great strength and determination.”

Another fan wrote, “I can’t lie, I did have some good times while drinking but those were only a handful. I do remember the other 2000 times when everything went for crap because of alcohol. 

Now I know freedom and now I have choices which I didn’t have when alcohol was my master. All the best Mia.”

During the time of Kristoff’s death, Mia St. John announced that she was looking into different legal options following the actor’s death. Kristoff’s death had been categorized as “accidental” because he was reportedly on an alcohol binge at the time of his death. 

Friends and family members said at the time that he was in a “dark place” ever since his son Julian St. John had committed suicide back in 2014. 

She was also looking into different legal options after his death. Mia also revealed that the actor’s co-stars at The Young and the Restless tried to stage an intervention before his death, too.
