Did she just say what we thought she said? Comedian and celebrity Kathy Griffin fears for her safety because of President-Elect Donald Trump. And no, we are not making this up at all. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to new reports, Kathy Griffin says she is scared Trump has put her on an “enemies list” while suggesting she could be sent to an “internment camp.”
She put it this way, “I’m on the enemies list. That’s very obvious. He was very, very scared when I did a parody photo of him and a Halloween mask and a lot of ketchup. And he brings up my name every chance he gets.”
During a recent radio interview she told her fans to come see her comedy shows before Trump is inaugurated. Kathy also added, “Come see me before I’m in one of those internment camps.”
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “No one is putting her on any list. She scares us more than anyone honestly scares her. There weren’t internment camps the last time he was president and there won’t be soon. TDS is strong in this one. D-list.”
Another critic wrote, “Are we talking about the same woman that when he won the first election had her picture taken with a fake decapitated head that looked like Trump? I mean you reap what you sow Kathy! Hate begets hate!”
She didn’t look scared when she did this…it’s all noise. There are no internment camps, just sad stars that no one watches or listens to who would like to matter but they never will. Sad really to rely on attention that much.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Trump has things on his mind that have to do with ending forever wars, stop the waste of taxpayer money, closing the border & freeing the J6 political prisoners. I doubt Trump thinks about Kathy Griffin, at all. She’s crazy.”
