Jay-Z is denying and all wrongdoing after reports say that the rapper was accused or r*ping a minor with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs at a 2000 MTV VMA’s after party.

Jay-Z is accused of r*ping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Diddy, according to NBC News. The incident was previously reported on but the ‘celebrity’ (Jay Z) was not named at the time.

As many of our readers are aware of, the rapper is doing everything he can to name the person who is accusing him of this heinous act. Not only that, he wants the case dismissed, per a new filing.

The filing said “Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him — in sensationalized, publicity-hunting fashion — of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation, and tarnishing a reputation earned over decades.”

Jay-Z says that this new lawsuit is nothing more than a blackmail attempt by attorney Tony Buzbee.

“What [Buzbee] had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle,” he told Page Six in an interview.

What’s Next For Jay-Z?

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!”

Not only that, but the rapper is trying to get the lawsuit tossed out. His lawyer even found a loophole, saying the statute was enacted in December 2000 — 3 months after Jane Doe claimed she was sexually assaulted by Jay-Z and Diddy.

He also claims that the conduct committed would not have been within New York City as anything that fits the description that the accuser provided sounds like it would have been outside of NYC.
