The actress, who was best known for her role as Erica Kane on All My Children, is being encouraged to make her way to Port Charles.

It goes without saying that many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the possibility of seeing Susan Lucci back in front of the cameras on social media. Some have even taken to Twitter to write comments such as, “Though I do think if you are going to have characters from past ABC soaps visit #GH you should go for broke and get Susan Lucci to reprise Erica Kane for a week.”

“That would be such a big deal that even the people complaining about Blair would be like ‘Okay, we’ll give you that,’” along with, “Ever since Lucy revived Deception, I’ve wanted Erica Kane to pay Port Charles a visit. I was hoping Erica would be the one suing Deception.”

Another General Hospital fan wrote, “Briefly yes I would. Erica Kane would come in like a wrecking ball. I would be down for that. She better not end up Kissing Carly’s ass either.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I see some characters from General Hospital are paying a visit to Pine Valley this week. Wouldn’t it be amazing to see Erica Kane create some drama in Port Charles??”

“I hear she is may be the ex-wife of Mr. Gray. Played by the one and only Michael E Knight. I would love to see a quick divorce and for her and Jack to be back together.”
