She should have never live-streamed her elevation before telling Ridge Forester (Thorsten Kaye) the plan. Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) and the audience were the first to learn that Brooke wants to use Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) offer to help him see the daytime light.

Carter believes that the Logans have been dismissed through the years. As the head Logan family member in Los Angeles, California, Brooke disagrees. But she knows that Carter’s legal hold on power means that time and skilled persuasion are necessary to rectify what’s gone haywire.

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has a temporary or potentially a very temporary reprieve. But she believes that paydirt has been hit.

Brooke is not on board with Hope’s seemingly convenient alliance. While Noelle’s character does have chemistry with Carter, it will be interesting to see if she retains her interest in him when Brooke’s reversal plan is presumably accomplished.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) sees Hope’s interest in Carter as fully transactional. That is debatable, but what’s not is Hope’s position following the Forrester’s return to power.

One assumes that Brooke might condition the transfer on Hope’s line to remain restored, but that’s far from certain.

Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) has reestablished her emotional superiority. Ridge allowed that to happen because he thinks Brooke sided with his new enemy, Carter.

Brooke’s reveal of her plan to convince Carter to refile the Legally Licensed Corporate paperwork might not work on two fronts. Her first mountain involves convincing Ridge that she’s not lying about her intentions or telling him what he wants to hear.

Secondly, she can’t be sure that Carter will ever do what she intends. Brooke could find herself cut from the new FC, and then all soapy bets would be off for her personally and professionally.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester’s Head Is Spinning

Loving two women is something. Another is having two adult families with them, as he has for years.

The tangled web Ridge wove with Taylor and Brooke is part of B&B’s storied lore. This new take on the old triangle is fresh and offers plenty of plot space to mine for months into the new year if the writing staff has been told to go in that direction.

Ridge’s head will keep spinning as long as he’s fresh off his split from Brooke and deeply considering restarting his family with Taylor. He sees her as a safety net, which is a nicer way of not saying that Taylor is his second choice.
