As many royal fans on both sides of the pond are already aware of, Netflix is considering pulling the plug on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

And while it’s been an ongoing rumor for some time now, it’s been said that the online streamer is upset that Harry and Meghan have failed to deliver on any of their promises.

At the same time, Barack and Michelle Obama have enjoyed a lot of success with Netflix. They have been producing films and documentaries as part of their Higher Grounds productions company.

The Obamas have even managed to score another win with their docuseries called ‘Later Daters’ about, well you can guess, people who are dating later on in their lives. It’s about six silver singles who shake off the dust and wade back into the darling pool with the help of their family and friends along with a renowned relationship.

The docuseries has gotten plenty of rave reviews as it’s already being considered a sleeper hit. For Meghan Markle, this is the kind of publicity that she would love to get on her end, but it just hasn’t happened.

And now one source is saying that Harry and Meghan should take notes from the Obamas.

The insider said,  “Whilst the Obamas’ Higher Ground Productions has garnered critical acclaim and an Oscar, the Sussexes’ venture has struggled to make a meaningful impact since its 2020 launch.”

So far the Sussexes have made no comments about the matter.
