At GH, Elizabeth stumbles upon a devastating discovery and decides to confront her superiors at the hospital. Present are Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), and another woman who appears to be a hospital attorney. Elizabeth demands to be informed of everything immediately, threatening to leave if her request is not met.
Already on desk duty due to an ongoing investigation into two patient deaths, she is anxious about the implications. Did Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) toxicology report reveal digitalis, similar to Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco), and is she facing accusations?
Charlotte may have believed her rendezvous with her mother, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), was a private affair, but one should never underestimate a father with a background in espionage!
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) tracked her down to a café in Prague, where he approaches their table and inquires if Charlotte is enjoying her time with her mother.

At Charlie’s Pub, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) are deep in conversation, with Kristina seeking some insights from Lucas.
