This is the first holiday season that Melania will be spending without her beloved mother, Amalija Knavs. That’s because she passed away in January of this year.

Melania was very close to her mother and her father so much so that both of them lived in the White House when Donald Trump was president during his first term. And while Melania still has her father by her side, she knows it’s just not the same without her mother during Christmas.

If that weren’t enough, the first lady is also preparing to make some major changes in her life now that Donald Trump will be returning to the White House again. As much as she doesn’t want to leave her life behind in West Palm Beach, she knows that she doesn’t have much choice in the matter.

Celeb News: What’s Next For Melania Trump?

Everyone is going to expect Melania Trump to make more public appearances, even though she’s been hesitant to do so up until this point. But then again, she is the first lady. It’s a coveted role that a lot of women would take very seriously if they were in her same shoes.

But for now though, Melania has to come up with a way to make her new life work as she’s going to have to split it between Florida and West Palm Beach. Not only that, but she’ll also be traveling frequently to New York City to meet with her son, Barron Trump, who is attending college there.

So far Melania Trump herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
