Julie didn’t believe that Doug could have stolen the necklace. However, Julie will go ahead and grill Doug about it. Will Doug’s guilt compel him to confess before he gets busted? Or could Doug feed Julie another story?
On Christmas Day, Julie will really want to give Doug the benefit of the doubt. Depending on what questions Julie asks and Doug’s responses, she might or might not believe him.
Of course, Jennifer is right that she doesn’t really know very much about Doug. So, Julie might want to know what kind of trouble Doug got into that landed him in jail. Julie might also want some contact information so she can verify Doug’s story through family members.
There are better ways these days to confirm people’s stories. However, DOOL seems stuck in the past with some of their scenes.

So, Xander and Sarah will do their best to be in a festive mood. Belle Black (Martha Madison) predicted that something horrible could happen with Xander and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) being forced to work together.
However, it is also possible that Xander and Philip might realize they have more in common than they realize.
