Could she have another motive as to why she’s going as slow as she is? That’s what a lot of fans and critics alike can’t help but wonder as there’s a new report that suggests Angelina Jolie is taking her sweet time when it comes to finally pulling the plug on her marriage to her ex, Brad Pitt.

In fact, Brad himself thinks that Angelina is stalling their divorce just so he can’t marry the new love of his life, Ines de Ramon.

Brad and Ines have been together for well over a year now but it’s Angelina who seemingly can’t get past their eight-year divorce drama.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “Brad does want to be married again but Angie is still standing in the way, and he just wants it to be over. She’s been dragging this out for almost a decade. Now she is stalling on their divorce being finalized.”

“She’s using this as another tactic to maintain control over him and Brad knows she is seething that he is happy.”

The insider also added, “This is going on eight years now and although he would like to move forward with Ines, they both know it isn’t possible, and this is infuriating to Brad. He is so ready to tackle Miraval. Ines will wait as long as it takes.”

Now, whether or not that is actually true, no one really knows but at this point it’s safe to say that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie do have one of the longest divorce battles in Hollywood history. Here’s hoping that they will be able to resolve their matters sooner rather than later.

So far Angelina herself has not made any comments about the matter.
