Nina, after receiving some insightful advice from Ava Jerome (Maura West), takes a moment to share a thoughtful warning with her daughter.
While it’s uncertain if she openly confesses to her affair with Drew, she does cautiously advise Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that Drew is not someone to depend on. Like everyone else, Nina was taken aback to learn about Drew’s relationship with Willow.
However, she has come to understand just how deceitful Drew truly is, betraying her trust by being unfaithful with her own daughter! Playing a mother and daughter against each other as lovers is truly despicable!
In the Aurora media office, a bewildered Drew faces off against Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), who maintains a serious demeanor from behind the CEO’s desk.
Drew questions Curtis about his apparent lack of concern regarding the troubles facing the company—Drew’s company, to be precise.
Unbeknownst to Drew, Michael and Curtis have orchestrated a deceptive scheme to mislead investors, falsely announcing that Aurora is on the verge of filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
This maneuver sends the stock prices plummeting like an avalanche off a mountainside! Ultimately, this leads to a hostile takeover, pushing Drew out of his position and elevating Curtis to the role of Chief Operating Officer, in other words, CEO.
Why bother with guard dogs when you have Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) standing watch? She confronts Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) right at the mansion’s entrance, questioning his intentions with Michael.
Nina has enlisted Martin to ensure that her grandchildren aren’t being pushed away from their mother/adoptive mother/biological aunt, Willow.
It’s important for viewers to remember that Wiley Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) birth mother was Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), who happened to be Willow’s twin. Amelia Corinthos (Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) is her biological daughter.
In another part of the mansion, Michael is having a conversation with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) regarding the recent developments concerning Drew.
Chase witnessed the moment when Tracy inadvertently played the nanny cam footage from Michael’s phone during the Quartermaine Christmas celebration.
Michael’s frustration boils over as he informs Chase that Drew will face consequences for ruining his marriage! Although Willow initiated the intimate moment, which is clearly evident in the video, Drew was still encouraging her actions!
In the Quartermaine kitchen, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) engage in a conversation that reveals their shared experiences. Sasha inquires, “You’re not reconsidering, are you?” to which Jason replies, “Those days are behind me.”
Their discussion may revolve around Jason’s past as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) enforcer.
He has come to understand that being a father holds greater significance than his work with Sonny, although he still lends a hand when necessary. Sasha might also be probing into his choice to reside in the Quartermaine mansion, despite its chaotic family dynamics.
