DOOL spoilers for Tuesday, December 17 reveal that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). It is coming down to the judge deciding between the will and the letter.

While Xander and Philip are duking it out in court right now, it won’t be long before the judge finally makes her decision. 

DOOL Spoilers: Sarah Horton Kiriakis Cross Examined

On Tuesday, December 17, fans will see Belle cross-examine Sarah on the stand. While Sarah gave an emotional speech about Xander’s complicated relationship with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), she will be cross-examined. It is teased that Belle will push Sarah to tell the truth.

So, Belle very well might bring up Xander’s attacks on Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). While some of Belle’s questions might be objected to, there could be a few that Sarah is forced to answer. Depending on how Belle handles the questioning, it could end up costing Xander the case.

Stephanie Johnson’s Deception

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, December 17 reveal that Stephanie will try to cover up her true feelings. This might have to do with Stephanie’s feelings about Philip’s case.

Maybe Philip wins, but Stephanie sees the gloating he does about it. That could certainly rub Stephanie the wrong way, especially if Philip isn’t classy about it. Philip has always been a bitter loser and a gloater when winning, so we shall see.

On Tuesday, December 17, Johnny attempts to do some damage control. When confronted by Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens), Johnny claimed Alex slept with Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins).

However, Chanel will eventually discover that Joy never slept with Alex. The man that Joy actually slept with was Chanel’s husband! When that secret comes out, there might not be any stopping Volcano Chanel!
