Let’s just say that 2024 is going to be a year that Ivanka Trump is never going to forget, for good reasons and maybe a few bad ones, too. But that’s not such a bad thing, right? After all, her father did get elected as the new president of the United States again.
But at the same time, there have been some moments in 2024 that have been downright tragic for the former first daughter.
It seems like Ivanka only shows up whenever she senses there is a benefit on her end. Otherwise, she acts like she wants nothing to do with her father or the Trump family for that matter.
For Melania Trump, loyalty is very important. After all, she’s managed to show her husband Donald Trump just how loyal she is despite everything that he has done in his marriage so far.
And clearly, Melania expects other people in the family, and especially Ivanka, to act the same way.
For Ivanka Trump, her last resort would be to divorce her own husband, Jared Kushner. Not only that, but Ivanka also doesn’t want her three children to deal with the same heartbreak that she dealt with when Donald and Ivana divorced.
If that all weren’t enough, Ivanka Trump also doesn’t want to be seen as a failure. Donald Trump can’t help but feel disappointed over his daughter, Ivanka Trump. Even though she’s made it pretty clear that she wants nothing to do with the political world anymore.
In an interview with The Times, publicist R. Couri Hay put it this way, “I know he is disappointed and saddened. She was a secret weapon for the president.”
Insiders say that Ivanka Trump is not willing to give up her private life for her father’s political world.
