No, we are not making this up whatsoever. It seems as though Melania Trump’s book, which is aptly named just ‘Melania’ is being thrown in the trash. And apparently, one person has a reason behind it, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Melania Trump’s Book Thrown In The Trash For This Reason

According to Libs of TikTok, one person went to Target and collected copies of Melania Trump’s book just to throw them in a trash can in protest of her being married to the new President-Elect Donald Trump.

Back in October, it was reported that Melania might have been devastated over her failure. While the book did generate enough interest, it seems like the former first lady didn’t do enough to actually promote the book. She only went on a handful of interviews on networks that are already familiar and friendly to her husband, Donald Trump.

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even commented with, “All he did was mess with a whole bunch of underpaid box store workers like a selfish child. I feel bad for the manager that does the inventory the person who stocked the shelves and the person has to put that back for no reason.”

What’s Next For Melania Trump?

Another critic wrote, “The unintelligent boy does not realize the books will show as being sold and Melania will get the royalties, and the store will order more! It is the store who will lose from this mischief.”

And then there was this comment as well: “If the store can’t sell them and can’t find them in inventory , the store will pay for all those books. Consider all of those books sold. Great job.”

But Melania’s efforts clearly weren’t enough to make her memoir a bestseller and that’s why she’s feeling so disappointed. She could have done much better in sales, but at the same time she didn’t put in enough work to actually get the public to buy her book.

So far Melania Trump herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
