The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has followed through. However, the scenario that’s allowed him to take control of Forrester Creations is being challenged on at least one side of the screen.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) told Carter he was a traitor, had been fired, and to get out of the building. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) had fired Carter the day before, to no apparent avail.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was the first to sense that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was influencing Carter’s change in demeanor. She’s since been proven right to a degree.

Hope was unceremoniously dumped. Steffy fired her, and the coldness of that departure played out in FC’s well-traveled hallway.

Steffy isn’t entirely correct when she says that Hope is manipulating Carter, but she’s also not fully wrong.

Carter developed his luxury brand transformation plan within the last year-plus. He only recently shared his feelings about Hope with her, stating that he saw her in a new light two summers ago.

His power play means Hope’s line will be restored, and she and the other Logan ladies will gain increased power. That’s a shocker, and its reverberations will soon be recognized across the fashion world.

Justin proved that he’s not above duplicity. Devoted viewers recall that he knifed Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), his longtime friend and employer when holding Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) hostage. That came during the period when Bill and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) were facing hit-and-run murder charges and potentially could have sat in prison for years.

However, there’s no evidence that Carter knows about Ridge covering one of Thomas’ horrible crimes. Atkinson’s character drove Justin’s niece, Emma Barber (Nia Sioux), off Mulholland Drive to her death, and Ridge never reported that crime.

This highly intriguing unresolved aspect hangs in the daytime air over this new storyline. Justin doesn’t appear to be in the know. How could he be?

But what if Carter’s ascension to power enables access to that information? Boom, to start, followed by Ridge and Thomas facing legal charges. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – The Forresters Fight Back

This is a knockdown, drag-out epic battle that’s just begun. The Foresters are not going to lay back and let Carter dictate to them.

For starters, Justin can’t possibly be their sole legal counsel. If so, that will stretch the suspension of disbelief beyond reason.

Fighting back will begin with tense arguments and resistance to Carter’s plans. However, if his plans yield golden results, everyone will be forced to reassess their position in Los Angeles, California.
