For those who need a little refresher, DOOL spoilers from this week has provided a lot of nonstop action when Marlena was given the shock of her life when Liz Chandler ended up at her front door.

If that weren’t enough, Eli gave Lani the rundown on Doug’s colorful history while everyone mourned the loss of Doug in Salem. Also, the Horton time capsule was opened.

Fastforwarding to Wednesday, the December 4th episode, Julie got the sweetest surprise when an image of Doug appeared in front of her. And for the Thursday, December 5th episode, after feeling unsatisfied with the help that Philip has been getting from Stephanie, Xander asked her to stop assisting her brother.

Elsewhere, Jennifer comes across Julie and Lucas sharing some Horton family stories with someone new in town. Let’s just say that this newcome is going to be surprised everything this person is about to hear.
