And while she’s had a very long and illustrious career up until this point, it’s safe to say that Whoopi has been having a very hard time coming to terms with the fact that Donald Trump has won the presidency a second time around.

In fact, she’s so unhappy about it that it’s been a topic of discussion almost every day on her daytime television show, The View.

Not only that, but Whoopi has also been dealing with some personal issues.

Whoopi said that she can relate to the struggles of the working class in America.

She said, “I appreciate that people are having a hard time, me too — I work for a living! If I had all the money in the world, I would not be here, OK? So, I’m a working person, you know?”

What’s Next For Whoopi Goldberg?

The former Hollywood actress continued, “My kid has to feed her family. My great-granddaughter has to be fed by her family. I know it’s hard out there. I love what [Ocasio-Cortez] did. Yay. We talk to people all the time who say, ‘This is what’s bothering me.’ But the thing that’s bothering everybody should not be the thing that puts 85% of other people in danger. I think that’s what we’re saying.”

Also, during the latest episode of the daytime television talk show, Whoopi told her audience that when it came to republicans, she says, “It’s the conservatives that are doing the “nasty, name-calling, and coming after your family.”
