He can’t backtrack on his comments now. There’s heavy speculation that suggests that President Joe Biden might have been gaslighting Americans this entire time about his son, Hunter Biden. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to the latest reports, Karine Jean-Pierre says Biden always believes to be “truthful to the American people” after a reporter asked her why Biden lied about not pardoning his son.
When one reporter asked, “You and Biden said for months that he wouldn’t pardon Hunter… could those statements now be seen as lies from the American people?” KJP certainly had something interesting to say about it.
She said, “One of the things that the president always believes is to be truthful to the American people. That is something that he always truly believes.”
It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “All they do is lie. We have them on video for months saying he wouldn’t, and yet he does. There isn’t an inch of honesty in the democrats.”
“Karine Jean Pierre should resign in disgrace. The only thing that has been historic about her time as press sec is how bad she is at the job.”
Another critic wrote, “Biden’s lies are endless, and KJP’s gaslighting is insulting. Truth left this administration a long time ago. Do they think we are dumb? No one is buying their bullsh*t lies anymore. This all ends in January.”
And then there was this comment as well: “She doesn’t know how to tell the truth. She blatantly lies about all kinds of things, so I wouldn’t expect anything different from her on this issue. Biden clearly lied, or at least misled, the public about what he would do with Hunter.”
So far the White House has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
