General Hospital’s Alexa Havins Feels Like A Kid At Christmas, Working On The Soap

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Lulu Spencer is officially out of her coma, and the character hit the ground running the week of November 25-29, meeting new residents that she missed while she was asleep, as well as finally being reunited with her son, Rocco Falconeri (Francis Carr).

Alexa Havins recently talks to Soap Opera Digest (SOD) revealing how thankful she is for the chance to be back in the land of soaps.

General Hospital’s Alexa Havins Is Grateful

Havins participated in a weekly Soap Opera Digest (SOD) column called, Actor Roundup, where the online mag asks various daytime drama stars the same question, and reveals what their answers were.

With American Thanksgiving taking place on Thursday, November 28, SOD asked, “What Are You Most Grateful For This Thanksgiving?”

Havins notes that this Thanksgiving she’s so thankful for the gifts that God has given her. She mentions her husband, Justin Bruening, (All My Children’s ex-Jamie Martin) is incredible, and states he’s everything she could have ever hoped for in a husband. Havins also mentions her four kids as a wonderful blessing.

She goes to note that the opportunity to be welcome back into daytime drama is something she’s thankful for. She adds that it seems it’s a gift she wasn’t expecting and a really sweet surprise. Havins states, “It might be Thanksgiving but it’s like early Christmas present!”

Other General Hospital Co-Stars Chime In

Meanwhile, Lulu’s cousin, Carly Spencer will be grateful when she realizes that she’s awaken. Should make for an interesting scene.

The character’s portrayer, Laura Wright also participated in SOD’s Actor Roundup this week, stating that she’s grateful for, “all of it”.

She adds, “For my kids for GH for my new home, for the incredible man I get to share my life with (Wes Ramsey – GH’s ex- Peter August), for all the amazing friends in my life for pickleball … I’m just grateful for all of it.”
